Created from what was once largely derelict land, the Northwich Woodlands now provides a rich and green environment to the north of Northwich town centre.
Northwich Woodlands is made up of nine countryside sites each with a different character and history. The Weaver Navigation and the Trent and Mersey canal flow through the heart of the Northwich Woodlands adding further variety to the landscape.

Northwich's own oasis with its rich countryside and stunning wetlands. Explore on foot, by bike or on horseback and enjoy this unique wilderness on the doorstep of town.

Pond Dipping: 28th July, 1st 11th 15th 25th and 29th August. Bug Hunting in association with tree bench: 25th July, 4th, 8th ,18th, 22nd August and 1st September Come and help the Rangers explore and find the bugs and beasties that lurk in Marbury. Morning sessions only, each Tuesday and Friday of the holidays. Booking Only.
